The information being held on the club membership database will be used solely for the purpose of administering membership records. The administrative functions will include but will not necessarily be restricted to contacting members and advising the sport's national governing body of such information as they require from time to time. The information will be held securely and will not be made available to commercial or other third parties without the consent of the member.

I agree to keep my login email and password confidential and not to share it with others. I also agree not to disclose to third parties any information obtained through the club web site about other members of the club without the express permission of those members.
