New Members
New members of all abilities are always welcome at the club. The best thing to do is to email the Club Secretary to obtain further details on joining the running club or just walk into club on Monday, Wednesday or Friday nights before 6:30pm.
The club has facilities for both female and male of all abilities.
There are normally two or three different groups who wish to run over various distances on a variety of routes which include:
About 3 to 6 miles (suitable for new runners)
About 7 miles onwards for established runners
